All I can say is that it's cute and that's why I bought it. performance is bad. Water drips everywhere but not directly into my cup! Having boiling hot water flowing everywhere is not ideal. When the water boils, he makes the sound of a bugle that twists the blood. I no longer use this kettle. It's on my stovetop simply because it's cute and goes well with the rest of my cow kitchen.
