Works very well - easy & quick to grate lemons now
This device works fast because it is sharp.I used to struggle to grate lemons but not with this device. It is very easy now.The length of the device also helps keep your hand away from the grating area (which is safer) and also gives you more grating length per stroke so it goes quickly. The device holds the zest on the inside. (My concern before buying it was wondering if the zest would get all over because the device is long. This doesn't happen at all.)It's the best grater out there, that I have found.
- Allows you to grind fresh nutmeg for use in sweet and savory dishes
- The grater may be difficult to hold onto for users with mobility issues
