Initially ordered just a couple to check the quality and fit because I've tried other "top down bottom up" shades that left me skeptical.They turned out to be perfect and I ended up using them for the entire house windows! Friends and family are now considering getting the same ones.The shipment and delivery was fast, package was secured really well, no damages, and easy to install!All you need is a drill - powered if you have it for ease and quickness (maybe 5 minutes to install one shade). The instructions and hardware are included with the shades.Quality of product is great! I've had them for approximately a month now. We don't use them heavily but majority of the times the top portion is down halfway and the bottom portion is a quarter way up. No sagging and the mechanisms seem to hold the positions without problems.Aside from how great the shades are, the Customer Service that came with our purchase is also amazing. They are responsive with comments/feedback/questions and stand firmly behind their products and are willing to do everything they can to guarantee satisfaction of their customers.Will definitely buy these shades again if I ever need them and would highly recommend them to friends as well.
