Review on 🚲 BELL Children's Bike Helmets - Shadow Helmet by Bell by Alejandro Labustin

I'm sending this back. My 19 month old has a 90+% head which is well within recommended measurements and he is tall! Well, the packaging says age 3+. This is not mentioned anywhere in the product description. And while the skull design is cute, it appears to be poorly attached, but is held in place by the black tape that wraps around the helmet as shown in the picture. Another person described it the same way, looking at the pink version of this helmet. And the white below is foam so it looks unfinished. One of those items you would never buy if you saw it in person.
