Repair of injectors on my BMW 740il 1999. This little device helped me to pull out the filters in the injectors. I don't have a vise and don't need it with this tool. It takes a lot of effort to pull the filters out, but it can be done. If you had a vise it would be a lot easier. I have found that it is best to remove the screw completely and then screw the injector onto the tool. After that, I twisted the knob again until it was almost on the nozzle, and then started pulling hard. Jiggle a little as you pull and it will eventually move.
