I like how detailed their reports are, it helps me understand what is happening with my assets so i can make changes where needed to ensure better results going forward. The support team could be more helpful as we have had issues in understanding some of our data which has made troubleshooting difficult at times (which isn't surprising given they do not offer phone or email help). We use them primarily due diligence but also audit risk assessments when things look bad/need fixing up before doing an acquisition. This allows us to see if there may need to be any remediation work done ahead of time rather than taking longer once something goes wrong later down the line after an acquirer acquires control over those aspects. It's very useful having this information even just weeks out from closing day - allows you enough leadtime into post close reviews without needing too much.
