It's garbage.
I bought this punch because it was more expensive than the ones offered. I wanted better quality. How cool to get a hole punch that was so offset (rather than adjustable) that it was impossible to punch holes. I just threw them away. Absolute rubbish. Thank you for the quality control in China!
