No instructions! for my opinion

We purchased the Stainless-steel Top Mount Slide. After gathering all our tools, we were upset that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS, pics or directions at all. Went back on the revain site to try and figure it out. Still have no idea what the 2 stainless steel discs connected w/ a threaded rod are. We decided to drill a hole and use it a our finger knob to slide the door. Otherwise it glides nice and quiet.
