Overall the product is good quality but I had to give it four stars as I received the wrong end caps that do not fit in this product. However, you don’t see the ends due to the size of my room so not a really big deal for me.The installation went fairly quick and smoothly - just under two hours including a new piece of trim I had to install (see photo). No description for installation steps but good pictorial instructions.

The design of the unit, mounting brackets and associated hardware are first quality. This kit was easy to assemble and mount on the wall. The fact that the brackets can be mounted anywhere along the horizontal axis (into the studs) facilitates installation. Some customers complained that the instructions were virtually useless, apparently they have never put together IKEA furniture. We purchased the Stainless-steel Top Mount Slide. After gathering all our tools, we were upset that there were NO INSTRUCTIONS, pics or directions at all. Went back on the revain site to try and figure it out. Still have no idea what the 2 stainless steel discs connected w/ a threaded rod are. We decided to drill a hole and use it a our finger knob to slide the door. Otherwise it glides nice and quiet.

This is not a simple installation. Made most difficult by a one page installation guide with no written instructions. Just 6 bad pictures. No detailed guides online.

Very nice product. The stoppers didn't work at the first time, but the seller sent me a new set of stoppers and they work great!. Super Nice!

I finally installed my 2 doors and the quality and look was fantastic. I had not realized the set included 2 door openers which was great (unfortunately I had bought them inadvertantly separately. High quality and great price and highly recommended.

I am fairly handy and these were simple to put up and set. I am very impressed with the quality of the hardware and how quiet they open and close.

I love this track, it glides so smoothly! However, i need to add a second floor track as my door needs to slide a little farther. Can DIYHD contact me directly to order a second floor guide hardware?

All the screws sent with the unit seemed too weak, so I replaced them with better construction screws. The unit works welll

Very nice looking hardware - but holds the door 3/4 inches off the frame so it looked stupid on my closets. We had to make replacement parts to move the door closer.

Product looks like exactly what I was looking for. Appears to be well constructed and heavy-duty.My only complaint is that there were 2 missing items (the 2 floor guides) and there was no convenient way to contact seller regarding this. I may have to buy these items separately. Hope the seller responds to this.Ted

The good: nice sturdy rod, smooth rolling rollers and attractive brushed nickel finish. Not so good: as other noted, the directions consist of one page of vague pictures and hard to follow steps. That didn't dissuade me because I'm pretty handy. However, it took about 5 minutes to realize there were other issues. The end caps don't stay in tight. Very minimal directions! It's one thing to get a great deal but when the directions are minuscule and you have to drill holes in door when you get one chance to make it right who pays for a new door when you screw it up. Directions have to more detailed with measurements and better locations.

This product is so rich looking and so well made. Our barn doors slide so quietly and smoothly. Loved this product so much I purchased 2 of them!
