Unreliable - Ground sticks in outlet.

I tested a total of 20 sockets with this when the foundation was laid and the device was divided into two parts. The floor kept sticking to the sockets and it wasn't a problem because it still went in and out and worked fine. By the 20th, however, the bottom was stuck.
