Disappointing pen design. The frying pan and non-stick coating cook well. For a name like All Clad, however, this sharp-edged handle design is hugely disappointing. I bought this pan along with two other pans and all three pans have the same handle design. The sides of the handle dig into your palm causing a lot of pain even if you manage to lift this very heavy cooking pan. It didn't hurt to lift a small 8" pan, but a 10" pan was painful too. The handle also gets very hot halfway down the handle. All Clad should redesign these grips as soon as possible. I was planning on replacing all of my crockery with All Clad, but that plan was thwarted by these handles. Extremely disappointing.
