Disappointing pen! This is the second All Clad Stir Fry I've bought in 5 years. The quality is excellent, but the HARD USE handle has never been altered and bothers me every time I use it. It is very difficult to hold and lift it when cooking, especially for a small female handle. I've seen many reviews complaining about the pen, but unfortunately that hasn't changed. Whether it's because All Clad doesn't care about customer complaints, other products have good reviews, or they just don't care…

Expensive but cheap

I thought I had found an even better pan to replace my old Calphalon which we finally threw away after 16 years. I liked the glass lid, the shape of the pot, and the all-clad reputation. I took it out of the box and saw a dent in the metal rim around the glass lid. Although I was annoyed at first, I am very grateful that this happened because upon closer inspection the metal looks and feels so cheap. It was probably inevitable, a real shame from a brand I've relied on for almost 20 years. Is…

Still the worst dishes I've ever had.

Aside from the great heat retention and distribution, I hate everything about these pots and pans. I seasoned them and didn't have much of a sticking issue but no better than my cheap Kirkland set but the nonstick scratches like CRAZY! I only use wooden or silicone utensils, even nylon ones, and all my surfaces are discolored and scratched. The heat induction ring on the bottom scratches the surface of my sink and stove top grate, they are ridiculously heavy and the handles are TAAAAAAA…

Disappointing for pots and pans

Disappointing pen design. The frying pan and non-stick coating cook well. For a name like All Clad, however, this sharp-edged handle design is hugely disappointing. I bought this pan along with two other pans and all three pans have the same handle design. The sides of the handle dig into your palm causing a lot of pain even if you manage to lift this very heavy cooking pan. It didn't hurt to lift a small 8" pan, but a 10" pan was painful too. The handle also gets very hot halfway down the…

Defective after 13 months - non-stick coating chipped

This was one of my first All Clad purchases and my daily fry pan for a year. I've used non-stick coatings my whole life, but now I'm switching to stainless steel as my main skillet. This pan worked well in terms of the non-stick coating and happily cooked everything from eggs to fried rice to steaks. A few months ago I noticed some bubbles along the edge where the bottom meets the page. Tonight, after roasting the chicken, it finally failed and the non-stick coating is peeling off. Considering…

High quality and ease of use.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and ease of use. We have prepared several fried dishes and we really like the lid. The pan is great for very quick searing of sliced beef and melted cheese for cheese steak sandwiches. 4 stars because we've only been using it for a few weeks so not sure about durability. Be sure to use silicone tongs and utensils. We have an old traditional well aged wok but wanted an extra frying pan. I still love this pan and have now given it away. He's been the
