Review on 🍳 HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Dishwasher Safe PFOA Free Chefs Pan / Wok Cookware, 12-Inch, Black by All-Clad by Matthew Thorndike

I thought I had found an even better pan to replace my old Calphalon which we finally threw away after 16 years. I liked the glass lid, the shape of the pot, and the all-clad reputation. I took it out of the box and saw a dent in the metal rim around the glass lid. Although I was annoyed at first, I am very grateful that this happened because upon closer inspection the metal looks and feels so cheap. It was probably inevitable, a real shame from a brand I've relied on for almost 20 years. Is this the best All-Clad can offer in the anodizing category? Yes. I'll look elsewhere, especially since it's now up $40 in price.
