Review on 🍳 HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Dishwasher Safe PFOA Free Chefs Pan / Wok Cookware, 12-Inch, Black by All-Clad by John Swain

This was one of my first All Clad purchases and my daily fry pan for a year. I've used non-stick coatings my whole life, but now I'm switching to stainless steel as my main skillet. This pan worked well in terms of the non-stick coating and happily cooked everything from eggs to fried rice to steaks. A few months ago I noticed some bubbles along the edge where the bottom meets the page. Tonight, after roasting the chicken, it finally failed and the non-stick coating is peeling off. Considering the All-Clad's price and reputation, I'm very disappointed in its short lifespan. I have followed the manufacturer's use and cleaning instructions and it has never been seen in a dishwasher. I'm not sure I can recommend the HA1 line. I hope to have more success with their D5 and Copper Core line.
