Aside from the great heat retention and distribution, I hate everything about these pots and pans. I seasoned them and didn't have much of a sticking issue but no better than my cheap Kirkland set but the nonstick scratches like CRAZY! I only use wooden or silicone utensils, even nylon ones, and all my surfaces are discolored and scratched. The heat induction ring on the bottom scratches the surface of my sink and stove top grate, they are ridiculously heavy and the handles are TAAAAAAA uncomfortable. The handles on the lids heat up very quickly, and it's been less than a year since my lids started rusting under the jar. I would return the whole set if I didn't throw away the boxes, I just hate it!
