Glad to receive this and install my new Lowrance block and active imager. The first thing that struck me when the Stern Pad arrived was that the instructions clearly state that it is NOT rated for speeds over 60mph. So basically it's useless on any modern bass boat. My boat moves at 72 miles per hour on a good day. I don't know how much my converter weighs either, but it's huge and heavy. The instructions state this does not apply to items over 2 pounds. None of this information was listed in the product description. Not sure if I should take the risk or just return it and buy the Stern Saver which uses real epoxy and is proven to last. Here's what I get when I try to save a few bucks.
