The tool is very intuitive for reporting purposes as it has all that you would need from any other BI platform out there (slicer management, drill down options). As mentioned by others here - not much customization when compared to some more expensive platforms like Microstrategy or Tableau. It was an easy solution for us considering our budget constraints at the time we implemented this system. We had limited resources where I worked so being able to use something simpler than MS PowerBI was beneficial enough for me. Also no licence cost required for data sources which saved money. Reporting across multiple regions/countries quickly became easier using this software. Being part of finance department meant managing reports were one task only instead of several steps involved elsewhere! This also helped reduce turnaround times significantly thereby making workflows smoother overall.
