Review on UART Sanded Pastel Paper M 148931 by Shantel Griffin
I don't know exactly what I bought.
I'm new to pastels and have never used UArt. It took forever to receive the product and the packaging was torn with paint on the outside. It looked like a reused outer box. When I looked at the back, it just said "400". I don't know if this is the real paper or if it was bought at a hardware store. The paper also curls horribly, causing my images to have a crease in the middle from trying to overcompensate the other direction to flatten the paper.
- After touching up, the tooth still holds many layers of pastel and the grain sticks to the paper
