Review on Optimized for SEO: Rightline Gear Full-Size Short Truck Bed Tent 5.5-ft by Ryan Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect fit for 2018 Tacoma 6 " bed.

I love this tent. It fits perfectly on my 18" Tacoma 6ft twin cabin bed. It feels solid enough with no gaps. I'm giving 3 stars because the stitching came undone a second time. I read the reviews and I knew they reported a lot of seam tears , so I was careful not to over tighten the straps when adjusting. It's still torn so I think it was defective. Set up is easy if you follow the instructions and takes 10-15 minutes. If they replace it and the new one is ok I will update my review UPDATE: I received a new tent 3 days later I checked the stitching everything seems ok I went camping and was very careful when setting up .I recommend you read the attached instructions carefully.Make sure the seam lines up with the edge of your bed and DO NOT overtighten ANYTHING.And even then, don't overtighten.I have a 3- fold awning and the tent fits on it when folded. It's a good fit, but not a problem. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with this tent. If they reinforced the stitching, especially on the front corners (near the cockpit), it would be perfect. I'm skeptical about the durability because of individual seams and thin material, but 4-5 times over the summer is fine. I still gave 2 stars. I like the design. It's spacious. Good ventilation. The zippers are good enough, but like most zippers, you have to be careful with them. I love that there is no floor so you don't have to empty the bed to set it up. And it fits perfectly. (Model 110760 for 2018 Tacoma with double cab, 6ft bed and awning cover.)

Pros
  • EASY TO SET UP: Truck tent features color-coded poles and pole pockets for quick and easy setup, rain cover and storage pocket with sewn-in mounting rail.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
