Excellent quality. I needed a 2" drop with minimal extension past my receiver's hitch. Works perfectly on my 2004 Wrangler Jeep to lower the Yakima Full Swing bike rack just enough for the spare tire to clear it. It's shorter than any others I've found based on my extensive search. Expensive but worth it for my application. The male end is solid steel while the other is hollow.
