Thought I'd try it along with other supplements I take. The energy boost was evident in the first 48 hours. The woman also began supplementing at the same rate of 2 capsules per day. Her energy and cognitive impetus were also very evident. The woman works as a pharmacist and she liked the effects as she burns out quite badly at the end of a 10 or 12 hour shift.
