Becomes annoying over time. In the best case. The 5 GHz connection is too weak to be usable. If you live in an apartment where the neighbor's access point is on the adjacent channel, this router is VERY bad at handling interference. -Network client, it's almost as if the router SELF intervened. Today my wife told me that the WiFi is (again) bad. I used a second access point using it as an uplink to the internet and downloaded 17-20 Mbit/s. I connected to this thing's Wi-Fi, and when it worked, which it didn't for the first few tries, I got less than 2Mbps. Which started in the future on the way to my last 2 statements . My HP printer turns itself off every few days thinking it's still online. I have to turn my HP printer off and on again to connect. When I connected using a direct wired connection, the DHCP connection timed out. Everyone. Lonely. If you care about security at all, the ability to share a USB drive is a joke. It's wide open, so everyone can see everything on the drive, and there's no way to customize access. no interface at all. Luckily I didn't throw away the old access points I used. And the only reason this thing is still plugged in is that the wired networking capabilities don't (currently) stink.
