Since the housing is open, it is simply plugged in. This is possibly the easiest car repair you can do and fun if you want to do it yourself. FRAM makes great air filters and you can even get an auto delivery program where you set the number of months between deliveries. On average, I change every 7.5 thousand km. It's easy, fast and saves fuel. And at this price, why not?
