I would never recommend this software to anyone! It took us 2 weeks to setup and 2 hours to configure the program.
After configuring the program I still did not receive any training or support from the vendor. The documentation provided was worthless! In fact the entire program does not work. You have to pay extra for training and the training itself is not enough. This software has absolutely NO value and is completely unworkable. My recommendation is to avoid this product like the plague. If you decide to use it I strongly suggest that you hire a professional to assist you in setting up your program and make sure that you understand the system before attempting to use it.

- Has all of the features of other Analytics tools, it is simple to use and has a lot of power.
- Easy to understand.
Cons
- The training that comes with the program is inadequate and does not cover what you need to know about the program.
- There is no help file included
- You will spend days trying to figure out how to run the program.
