We were only able to try it once so we don't have a good rating as my wife banged it on the kitchen counter and jumped after the first use. When I replied to Camille I mentioned that it had a tear, she immediately asked to take a picture of it and insisted on replacing it even though it was our fault. You can't get better customer service! Can't wait to get a new one to try a nice cold drink. I will write a product review after we have a chance to try it.
