We love our new cold brew coffee maker! So easy and no mess. I love the Mason style pitcher with spout for easy dispensing right out of the fridge. Be careful with the internal screen. Ours started to separate from the frame. When I contacted the company they immediately sent me a new one! They were amazing and stood by their product! No problem with the new sieve. Thanks Willow and Everett! I recommend it to everyone!

We were only able to try it once so we don't have a good rating as my wife banged it on the kitchen counter and jumped after the first use. When I replied to Camille I mentioned that it had a tear, she immediately asked to take a picture of it and insisted on replacing it even though it was our fault. You can't get better customer service! Can't wait to get a new one to try a nice cold drink. I will write a product review after we have a chance to try it.

It was great, a dream in terms of simplicity, but on my FOURTH time using it the screen below detached and made it now unusable. Exactly what I was hoping for. The filter capacity is HUGE so you can make a really strong cold drink that lasts all week which I make for me and my boyfriend at the beginning of the week. One thing I always worry about with these types of containers is the faucet. This does not drip at all and is well processed. Made the first batch last night, left in the fridge overnight and tried this morning. Works perfectly. If you want a stronger drink, there are a few things you can do: 1. Buy the darkest roast coffee you can.2. Fill it with warm water - this will help the coffee dissolve better in the water.
