Fiction! Best in Outdoor Grilling and Cooking

Received this product yesterday and needed to use it immediately. It's great for any type of meat and helps cook everything evenly. It would never have occurred to me to use a round one instead of a square one, but my goodness, it fits my cast iron pans a lot easier. If you are looking for a cast iron press then this one will not disappoint!
