Review on Powermaster 9500 by Michael Briggs

Don't let the size fool you! These starters are strong. I have a 15:1 compression ratio BBC 468 Drag on my boat and have never had a problem with the starter since. Bought another one for my Blown 572 with the same results. Always bought other brands of gear starters that suited low compression or small displacement engines. It has one of the highest torque ratings and is a plus for getting new bolts, gaskets and index washers if needed.
