Review on Renewed 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro (Mid 2015) 🖥️ - 2.5GHz Intel Core i7-4870HQ, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Silver by Adam Woods ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

I am the owner of the top-end configuration of this apple product. At the same time, I’ll note right away that I’m not a fan of apple devices, so I hope that the review will not look like “but the apple shines so beautifully!”. Of the benefits: firstly, the filling. There are not many laptops that combine 1Tb SSD and 16Gb RAM. The SSD is very fast, in benchmarks 900 + MB / s, which is very worthy. We will write down the display in the same paragraph - it is very good, no doubt. Secondly, the quality of performance. Everything is solid and reliable. And reliability is important, especially when choosing a solution for work. An excellent touch, coupled with MacOS is doubly excellent, I haven’t carried a mouse with me for a long time. It is also worth noting the quality of accessories - in general, everything is fine, the same charger is very convenient, this plus is most obvious at the moments when someone leaves the office with a charging cable on their feet. A number of laptops can successfully fly away after the wire. But still, these are trifles. But what about without a fly in the ointment. The most unpleasant nuance was the case, or rather its shape. In pursuit of fashion, it seems that designers have missed the issue of ergonomics and convenience. Please note that the corners of the edge of the laptop are straight, while working on the table it does not cause any inconvenience. Hp after a couple of hours of work in the "laptop on my knees" position, my hands begin to hurt. But, perhaps, all this is individual. Before that, I used the Lenovo X300 series - heaven and earth. The case in Lenovo is much more ergonomic and the shape of the case is much more pleasant there. Also, the case is also very easily soiled. Second, the screen. It is glossy, i. E. glare are present in abundance. Thirdly, the keyboard. Yes, yes, many praise it, but those who used the same IBM / Lenovo still "of the old school" will understand. It's not that bad, but it's not perfect either. After a few months of use in 24/7 mode, it “scrambled”, and the minus became more obvious. Nominally, the price can also be attributed to the minuses (especially in the current realities), but, on the other hand, this workhorse is not for one year, it is suitable for many tasks, there are not so many alternatives.

Pros
  • - Execution quality - "Stuffing" - Display - Good speakers - Battery capacity (adjusted for the power of the filling - quite worthy) - OS (it can be both a plus and a minus, depending on what tasks need to be solved, because in some cases Windows is necessary, but everything is solved by a virtual machine)
Cons
  • - Keyboard - "Glossy" display - The need to wear a number of adapters (for example, the same LAN) - rather, a tribute to fashion and the reverse side of the medal of size and compactness, but nominally we write down as shortcomings - Price (including accessories) - Poor body ergonomics
