Broken after 10 uses

I swear I pressed the button 10 times. The battery is fully charged. I arced this morning trying to light a candle. The spark went out and I couldn't get it to ignite. I wiped the probes with my shirt. The battery is full. That does not work. It would be cool if it worked. I would pay more if it was reliable. In the photo I'm pressing the button. Fully charged and no arc can be seen.
