does not match the picture

The one I just received has only 1 "T" cut and the other side is shaped like a triangle. I'm not sure if this will affect his work or not. The part does not match the product image published on the website or on the product. I've tried calling 800 several times but always get a busy signal. I think "T" is for standard size T posts; I'll find out this weekend when I try to use it.
