I was very happy with the product as it was easy to install and attached my Rumba wheel. Now it works perfectly! I was also impressed with the customer service of this product. There was a small note attached from the carrier and he checked in to make sure I was happy. Outrageous these days! Good luck returning the customer's "thank you"! If I need anything else for my rumba I will look again for this Revain seller for this type of products. Thank you!
