Good idea Bad lock design

This is a good idea and a reliable product. However, I had a problem with 4 of these locks when installing a new key. In some situations the lock won't lock and will lock where no key will work. I'm now stuck with 4 locks that don't work. I bought 8 of these. 4 of them work fine. But I'm not happy that I have 4 useless locks that even locksmiths can't reset.
