I love these zumba shoes. I really love zumba but my knees are starting to hurt because we twist our knees during the workout. I bought these dance shoes on the recommendation of a dance teacher. I love that they rotate much better than other running shoes which is a lot more comfortable for my knee. I bought a size and a half more than I normally take based on the reviews. If I increased them by just one size, they would be too small. I usually take a 6.5 in shoes, 7 in sneakers, so I bought this size 8 dance shoe. She fits perfectly. It takes a while to get used to training in heels, but I'm happy with this Zumba shoe.
