Believe the sizing advice

I usually wear 10" shoes and 9 1/2 for everything else. I originally ordered a size 11 and thought it was 1-1 1/2 sizes bigger They fit but my thumb was right on the edge.I ordered 11 1/2 and they fit perfectly. The aerobics take a little getting used to but my feet and high arches feel better than some other, more expensive shoes that are sold by one Podiatrists are recommended.

I am extremely disappointed.

This is not my first pair of Blochs. I reordered the same size but for some reason they are too big. At first I thought they just needed to be hacked, but it didn't matter. Then I measured them with old shoes. The same length. So it should be like they did inside. The new Blochs don't have the same level of cushioning around the shoe. Because of this, the shoes seemed very large. The heel keeps popping out of the shoe. Bloch shouldn't immediately name shoes if something about them has changed…

Great shoes for Zumba; very comfortable on the knees

I love these zumba shoes. I really love zumba but my knees are starting to hurt because we twist our knees during the workout. I bought these dance shoes on the recommendation of a dance teacher. I love that they rotate much better than other running shoes which is a lot more comfortable for my knee. I bought a size and a half more than I normally take based on the reviews. If I increased them by just one size, they would be too small. I usually take a 6.5 in shoes, 7 in sneakers, so I bought…

Perfect!: Shoes

These shoes are just perfect! I read the reviews before purchasing and followed the size recommendations. I ordered pink in size 8.5 medium. I usually wear a size 6.5 or 7 depending on the shoe. My feet are not narrow so I wasn't sure what width to go with but the average width fits me. I haven't bought dance shoes in almost 20 years so I was hesitant to buy online but was very glad I did. I am delighted with these shoes. They are very comfortable and flexible and my feet don't hurt after…

Works very little - WARNING if you need a VERY wide toe box

I need a very wide toe box despite my normal weight. As everyone said they run small and for me it's tight too. Net result and FYI although my foot size is 6 and I usually take a size 6.5-7 to get more width, I kept trying pairs until I got to a size 10 which ended up not causing toe cramps in my legs ! To compensate for the extra length and width of the heel to avoid slipping, I had to add a medium OTC insole. I still rate them a 5.0 because it's amazing (and I'm grateful) that I can find…

Excellent quality. Worth the price.

Excellent shoes. worth your money. I did a lot of ballet and dance as a teenager and Bloch has always produced a quality product. As an adult, I took dance gymnastics classes and wanted to use dance shoes to get better use of my whole foot (relevé, pointing toes, twisting, etc.). They're also safer - you're more likely to sprain your ankle trying to dance in sneakers. I stupidly bought shoes from a cheaper competitor and they were terrible. In fact like normal black tennis shoes. I went back…

Back then they were very comfortable, very light and breathable.

Order 1 1/2 or 2 sizes larger than your usual size and B. - They taper a little in the toe for me. If I hadn't read the sizing reviews first, I definitely would have bought the wrong size. I wear a women's size 8.5 (US) and bought 10. They fit well. The toe box is a bit tight for me, so the day before the dance class I put on a shoe tree to widen it. Then they were very comfortable, ultra light and breathable. I have very high arches and the shoes offer good foot support but no ankle support…

Pros
  • . Stylish and modern design.
Cons
  • . Crumpled packaging.

Cute Shoes - Athletic

I haven't had these shoes in a while, only used them twice in one week at jazz gymnastics class. I wear a size 8.5 so bought a 10.5 like all the reviews (buy 2 sizes up). The size fits perfectly. I still don't know how I feel about her. I received several compliments the first day I wore them and it was amazing that my dance mates noticed them right away. I have plantar fasciitis and my regular tennis shoes were killing my feet during jazzercise so I bought them while they "dance". While doing…

Happy Feet has happy dancing shoes!

They are of very good quality, many cushioning soles with gel in the heel, comfortable and allow you to turn well on the dance floor. Unlike the other pair I had, they didn't feel too slippery on the wooden dance floor. I think they are of better quality than previous Danskin shoes. I wear them for bhangra (lots of spins, jumps, kicks) and zumba dances (lots of slides). I've worn dance shoes for all types of dance for many years and I'm almost 60 and still going strong. I would recommend good…
