Excellent shoes. worth your money. I did a lot of ballet and dance as a teenager and Bloch has always produced a quality product. As an adult, I took dance gymnastics classes and wanted to use dance shoes to get better use of my whole foot (relevé, pointing toes, twisting, etc.). They're also safer - you're more likely to sprain your ankle trying to dance in sneakers. I stupidly bought shoes from a cheaper competitor and they were terrible. In fact like normal black tennis shoes. I went back and spent the extra money on Bloch and it was well worth it. Size: I chose the same size I buy sneakers (which is half the size I buy women's shoes) and they fit perfectly. After a few weeks, they will adapt perfectly to your foot, so don't panic if they blister in some places the first time you use them, they will disappear as soon as they take the shape of your foot.
