Does exactly what it says. Exactly.
I bought this to step down 12v to 5v. At first I didn't get 5V out. I always read 12V no matter what I did. Apparently it defaults to pull down 24V to 12V so you have to turn the potentiometer a few times before the voltage starts to drop. Once it started dropping I set it to 5V and tested it with my multimeter. The output voltage was +-0.01V, which is within the tolerance I needed.
