I only used it for ten minutes and one of the aluminum tubes pulled straight out of the plastic connector. Careful inspection showed that the glue holding it in the plastic connector was not applied all over the tube and the tube walls were not sanded properly to hold the glue before it was glued. I didn't really care about cosmetics in this case as I had a schedule to clean my RV's roof with the device, so I took some sandpaper and lightly rubbed the tube, then applied new waterproof glue to it and stuck it in the Plastic end connectors. Since the glue takes 24 hours to fully dry, I carefully taped it to the plastic end connector. I used it another four hours with no leaks or unplanned outages. I don't want to say this is a bad product but if I had more time before needing to use it I would return it under warranty. The brush is thick, soft and plush - VERY pretty! The handle feels cheap - I wouldn't be surprised if more ends fell off in the future, but I have a fix that's easy to come by. Satisfactory, I appreciated it for the brush material and the overall design. It doesn't leak anywhere, which is a surprise given its materials. The kit included good rubber grommets already fitted into the ends of the tubes and a package of extras. Gaskets were included with the product. Nice gesture!
