I bought this receiver to replace the factory receiver in my mother's Hyundai. I only expected some improvement over the factory given the device's such a reasonable price point. Was I ever wrong This device is really great. I immediately noticed a significant increase in volume and clarity. The built-in amplifier plays an essential role. I recommend this device. I don't really notice the long CD loading times. It may take a second or two longer than others, but that's okay. Works great and sounds even better. I also replaced the speakers in their car with piles and a bazooka. I think she knows what she's got. It doesn't matter that it's hers now and sounds better than mine. I'm taking your car now, TTYL.
