I think TIG combo plasma cutter cost is very good but since TIG is my main interest I would have gone for AHP instead must. , which has more functionality on the Tig front, including AC.Observations:0. The ground wire is very short, which is very inconvenient. I need to replace this.1. Doesn't come with a pedal, it will cost you another $1002. Not available with 120 connector (pigtail). From the seller, that's another $353. The TIG torch is decent (WP17) but the hose is not flexible (rather lousy). The torch connector is the same as Eastwood and older AHPs so you can get an updated CK flex cable. The connector coming from the welder is an M16 thread adapter. The people who sell HTP have a CK hose and torch combo that you can upgrade.4. The plasma cutter works well. It doesn't have a pilot arc, so you may need to tap to make it work. Combined Lotos Machine with Pilot Arc - LTPDC2000D. I used up the first set of consumables pretty quickly, so consider buying more if you plan on using them very often. The best flashlights have more consumables, but they are relatively cheap for that flashlight. Although this welder doesn't have all the features of the best TIG machines, the arc seems steady and steady. High frequency start "damn cool". If you only work with DC power, this machine performs well for the price.6. If you're going to weld aluminum, you need AC power, and this machine can't do that. Check out AHP or other specialized machines.7. Finish: The car looks very good and feels solid. This is the most beautiful car in my shop.8. The quality of the extras like argon regulator/flow meter and compressor regulator (for plasma) feel cheap. The first regulator didn't work at all, and I had small problems with the second. These components will likely need to be updated.
