Many functions - radio sensitivity is not great (ability to receive signals)

maybe I have a problem. I received it today and all functions seem to work fine. However: the radio sensitivity is weak on ALL frequencies (AM / FM / weather). couldn't get any. Poor FM reception. AM isn't very good either, and selectivity (rejection of unwanted signals) is poor. The AM receiver actually modulated the logic circuit at 790 AM (I had it charged with a USB AC-DC converter). I can't give it an initial 5 rating and won't rate it 3 stars because it's very good value for all the features it offers.
