What I received had a couple of screw heads broken off but I was able to tighten them with channel locks. Not too difficult to assemble. I've got it installed under my TV in a tiny house, but it looks like it can do pretty well too. I was concerned about the tempered glass slipping as it's only held in place by a couple of plastic clips and friction pads, but mine held up to a PlayStation 3 and Apple TV at every angle for a month with no problem. Add some sort of rubber pad over the top of the shelf and you have a solid solution.
