The damn thing is HUGE

So it's a beautiful mirror. But it's really big. I want to be able to quickly determine if there is a car behind me on the freeway. I don't need a mirror to drive 60 miles an hour backwards. But the choice is limited and that was available. It would be nice if it was like 1/2 size. When asked, others report that vibration doesn't keep it in place. Well, the ball is polished smooth. - I think a little grating will give it some "grip" in the soft plastic case. I will try that.
