Like many others I had a broken microscope and needed help from customer service to fix the problem. They only allow communication via email. It took an average of 5 days to reply to each email. After 4 emails I exhausted their troubleshooting algorithm. Not once have I received anything other than a standard format response. Here is the last email: Hi, Unfortunately it looks like the software/hardware is not compatible with your specific computer model and configuration. We cannot guarantee that our products will work with all users. We've exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps for this product. Please use the product with another computer or return it to the seller for a refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
