Great for sewing in, I'm not familiar with natural hair.
This product is ok, in the videos I've seen it seemed to work but to be honest it works just like any other edge. Control. (My edges still fly up after knotting) I recommend using a Style Factor edge enhancer or Murray's Edge Wax on your edges to keep them smooth and killed.
