My teenage hairstyle is just disrespectful. I mean they will curl up with pretty much anything. so my 3c/4a hair loves this stuff. I get the grip I need in the short amount of time I need it smooth. I also use this on my son 4c's hair when straightening his boy lol works great but leaves some residue in his hair. Maybe because of the texture. However, when I clean it, it's not that bad. This product holds the hair like no other edge control I've had, but it turns white on your hair and you have to use it every time you wash your hair out! The only way to avoid white streaks in your hair is to top it off with another greasy-than-bomb product. I'll be in control all day, no white mess, or put it on a bomb and then put a glitter oil on it! But in any case, I have a whole rag just for the edges, because you have to brush it out of your hair every day.

Love it! I have just received both Edge Control and Wax Stick products in the mail, both smell very nice but they have different scents. I really like this edge control. I've tried so many edge controls that didn't work at all price points. Some edge controls would smooth my edges, but after 1 or 2 hours the edge controls would have to be reapplied. Or some other extreme control would not smooth my edges at all. This product is ok, in the videos I've seen it seemed to work but to be honest it works just like any other edge. Control. (My edges still fly up after knotting) I recommend using a Style Factor edge enhancer or Murray's Edge Wax on your edges to keep them smooth and killed.
