I like that you can set up your own patient portal which is very convenient for patients to be able to log into their EHR without having to go through multiple steps every time they need something or when an appointment reminder comes across my email! It's also nice because it has all of the different types of insurance providers available so there isn't any confusion about what type of coverage we are using with them (aside from HSA/HRA). Not much but this does not mean anything negative either as everything works well together. We use one system at work and another at home; however both systems do not sync between each other unless if someone makes changes directly within whichever program they're working in rather than going back over to make sure things match.
