Review on ๐Ÿ›น EOYIZW Skateboards, 31 Inch 9 Layer Canadian Maple Skateboard Deck - Double Kick Tricks Skateboards for Teens - Standard Skateboards for Beginners by Jonathan Clark

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Decent board for the price but didn't last long

Bought this skateboard for my 12 year old son to learn to ride a bike and ollie. For riding the bearings are a bit slow but I believe it was made specifically for training. Unfortunately, while he was practicing the ollie, the board started to crack (maybe all he could do was an inch off the ground). It was around a 20th or 30th ollie he was trying to do, definitely not a reliable board for that purpose. If I could just drive around and do nothing like ollies (but what's the point of a popsicle) I'd be fine and I'm sure I could have lasted longer. Giving 3 stars overall and Revain replaced the board for us but dealing with returns and waiting for a replacement is a hassle. Time will tell how long the new board will last with no hope, but for $32 I think I'll get this.

Pros
  • Sturdy - Skateboard deck is cold pressed from 8 ply Canadian maple. The skateboard has high impact resistance and excellent elasticity. 31.1*7.87 inches, the skateboard only weighs 4.23 pounds. The maximum load on the skateboard is 330 lbs.
Cons
