Review on 🔧 ECOGARD XT1201 Premium Professional Automatic Transmission Filter Kit for Chevrolet Impala and Venture 3.4L/3.5L/3.8L/3.9L Models 1997-2011 by Dante Black

INSTALLED ON A 2002 BUICK PARK AVENUE. The quality was pretty good, it was on a plastic side that replaced the ALL METAL that was originally on my GM or Buick Park Avenue with MADE IN THE USA written on it. This one is made in CHINA or somewhere else. The hardest part was removing the donut/adapter/seal from the gearbox bore. I had to use a special puller from SnapOn to pull a wedge on the bottom but then it wasn't very easy, I didn't want to scratch the gear bore too much so I used a small chisel and small hammer to crush it . in the middle, and then pull it out. It's a small bushing/adapter that you put in the hole in the gearbox, then a filter tube (about 9/16" diameter I think) is inserted into that hole and held in place by essentially hanging from the gearbox. there is no other hardware holding the filter in this Buick ,,,, that's why I gave it 3 starts to make it easy to install.
