Review on Nite Ize Collar Cover Universal by Stephanie Smith

My black and white Shih Tzu was hard to spot in the snow at night. It definitely makes it visible. My only complaint is that sometimes it turns itself off and sometimes the dog can drop it. UPDATE: After a few weeks, the collar became more difficult to put on and would often turn off when I went outside. I emailed the company and explained my concerns. The next day I received an email that they would send me a new one. He arrived today. Haven't used it yet but the point of my update is to thank them for their customer service. That is extremely important to me. I can understand when something happens; I can't understand a company that doesn't endorse their products. Good job Night Eyes!
